Tricia was amazing to work with and made the home buying process exceptionally easy. A lot of people say buying a home is the most stressful purchase of your life, however when working with Tricia It felt like a walk in the park. Her knowledge of neighborhoods was top notch, she personally tailored our search to what our preferences were, and above all her communication throughout the process amazing. On a few occasions we reached out, a bit last minute, to view a home and Tricia was always able to ensure she was available to show the home. During the inspection process Tricia brought a wealth of knowledge and asked questions we did not think of. I think the best part about working with her was the feeling that she was buying a home with us and not trying to sell us a home. To me that is important because the process became less transactional and more of an experience.

Tricia Nielsen did an outstanding job as my realtor. My home sold for a little more than asked, and I purchased my new home for a fair price (slightly under asking). I was going through a divorce, and she made sure this process was not something to stress about. I had a lot of questions, and her patience and reassurance made all the difference. No matter how busy she was with life or other clients, I never had to wait for a response to any question or clarification for any concern; I always felt like a priority. I appreciated how she drove me around the town where I was purchasing my new home to see all the fun stuff. She went above and beyond, helping me sell furniture, crafting detailed to-do lists for my home sale and purchase, and surprising me with a cleaning of my new home so I would be move-in ready! Her clear explanations and guidance throughout the process really empowered me, making me feel informed and confident at every step. Tricia, I never felt in the dark. Your professionalism, advice, patience with all my worries and questions, and support throughout the whole process, I will never forget. You helped make a stressful situation easier to handle, and I’m truly grateful for all the hard work you put into it. She put in work for me, and the results were better than I imagined. I believe she will do that for any of her clients, it seems to be in her nature to be awesome.
